His main responsibilities could be summarized as maintaining relations with investors and shareholders, identifying and setting priorities according to the period; and defining the global strategies of the company in areas such as IT, HR, or Business (aligning all the areas that support the business).

 She is the one who represents the bank before the managers, monitors and assigns the activities to each member of the team. You must have excellent interpersonal relationships and the ability to motivate and manage the staff under your supervision.
